Please complete and submit the following form. Your Library card will be ready for collection five working days after your application. We will send you an e-mail to your Strathclyde e-mail address to confirm it is ready.

When collecting your Library card please bring photographic ID, such as your staff card. You may also be asked to provide proof of your UK home address.

I undertake to abide by all University Regulations, including those that pertain to the use of the Library, the use of computers and access to electronic resources.

In applying for membership of the University Library, I agree and accept that, should my use of any facility or service provided in, or by, the Library lead to any infringement of intellectual property right, copyright, moral right or contractual right, or, other form of civil or criminal liability, the responsibility will be mine alone.
