This full-day event presented the latest European trends in the quality of work, which included employment security, skills, autonomy, and rewards. Job quality has risen in the public policy agenda, as well as being increasingly recognised as important for business performance and employee wellbeing.
The event presented the work of the European Changing Employment Network of policy and academic researchers, unions, employers and practitioners.
